 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  They accept insurance BUT force you to take a longer session than insurance covers, and charge you the difference ($47).  I spoke with American Specialty Insurance and confirmed that is very unethical, and completely against the rules.  I attached the email they sent me.
